Initially aimed at clearing out non performing loans (one of the great-chronic wounds of the Greek banking market and economy), special laws (4354/2015, 2016 etc.) regulated the conditions for the sale and management of non performing bank loans by special purpose companies (servicers). It is estimated that loans with face value of EUR 50 billion have been sold to date. We have successfully representated our clients (businesses, private individuals) in cases with such companies.
